Job Title: Construction Site Manager - Large-Scale Pharma Project Location: 15 minutes east of Cork City Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 + Car, Pension, Bonus & Benefits About the Company Our cliengt is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team on a flagship large-scale pharmaceutical project located just 15 minutes East of Cork City. The Role As Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing site operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of this landmark project. Working closely with the wider team, you will oversee daily site activities, subcontractor management, and ensure works are completed in line with programme, quality, and health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved Monitor and enforce strict health & safety standards across the site Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with specifications Liaise with project stakeholders, design teams, and senior management Report progress, risks, and key issues to the Contracts Manager Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor Previous experience delivering large-scale industrial, pharma, or advanced manufacturing projects Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills A keen focus on health, safety, quality, and programme delivery Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
