What else it involves
Generate Opportunities: Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Set Up Success: Book high-quality appointments for Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring smooth handovers.
Collaborate to Win: Work side by side with Business Development Executives, Inside Sales, and Field teams to deliver strong pipeline growth.
Stay Ahead: Keep up to date on 3’s solutions, industry trends, and activity of others in the market to have engaging conversations with prospects.
Work Smart: Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately in Salesforce while staying focused on hitting and exceeding KPIs.
Bring Value: Share insights with Marketing and Product teams to help shape future offerings.
What we’re looking for
Self-motivated, driven, and hungry to succeed in sales.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Resilience and positivity — you see setbacks as opportunities to learn.
A data‑centred approach to hitting targets and working efficiently.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll train you
