As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Operations, you’ll oversee hiring strategy, delivery, and full-cycle recruiting across Deel’s Operations functions, including Global Support, HRX, GIX, FinTech, Benefits, and more. You will serve as the primary TA point of contact for Operations leaders across EMEA, driving hiring performance while optimizing recruiter workflows, stakeholder communication, and process scalability.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and leverages data to drive informed decisions. You’ll lead a team of recruiters, coach and develop them, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of recruiters focused on Operations hiring across EMEA.
Drive the execution of hiring plans in close partnership with business leaders, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
Serve as the primary TA contact for Operations stakeholders, managing day-to-day communications, hiring priorities, and escalations.
Partner with People Ops, HRBPs, Compensation, and TA Ops to align hiring with broader organizational goals.
Lead role prioritization and strategic workforce planning conversations with Operations leadership.
Use recruiting data and reporting to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process, continuously enhancing recruiter workflows and the hiring manager experience.
Support hands-on recruiting as needed for high-priority or complex roles.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods to improve pipeline quality.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in ATS data and reporting.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture focused on accountability and growth.
Qualifications 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience, including experience in a team leadership or management capacity.
Demonstrated success leading recruiting efforts across regions or functions, ideally in high-growth or global environments.
Strong command of recruiting metrics and ability to leverage data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate recruitment teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively solving complex challenges.
