Job Summary: Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, customers and service providers.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative for self-led work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
