Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 IT support, resolving escalated issues from Level 1 engineers. Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on IT solutions. Oversee the internal IT infrastructure's maintenance, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Develop and enforce best practices for cloud deployment, management, and security. Ensure the delivery of high-quality managed services, meeting and exceeding SLAs. Assist with the development and execution of the company's cloud strategy, aligning it with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Administrative & Coordination: Hold weekly team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on goals. Monitor client and user satisfaction with IT services, implementing improvements based on feedback. Oversee external IT support services, including helpdesk operations, incident resolution, and service request delivery. Meet with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into IT solutions. Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards for the company. Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge continuity. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an IT support role, with Level 2 support responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills. Experience with cloud services and deployment of Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and security practices. Ability to develop IT policies, procedures, and standards. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation. Experience in managed services environments.
