Key Roles

This position within the Motor Division involves desktop administration, investigation, and negotiation of motor claims, as well as handling complaints for a key motor client.

Responsibilities

- Manage proactively a portfolio of 150+ bodily injury and third-party motor damage files, meeting closure and quality targets.
- Experience with complaint handling and familiarity with CPC requirements is advantageous.
- Conduct liability investigations and determinations.
- Investigate and settle claims efficiently and compliantly.
- Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with clients and other departments.
- Represent the business professionally and positively.
- Maintain a positive attitude amid challenges and changing needs.
- Be flexible with time and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

- CIP qualification in insurance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience handling bodily injury and third-party motor damage claims.
- Understanding of PIAB and litigation processes.
- Decision-making and numeric skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and influential.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Client-oriented with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
