Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office.
About The Role:
- Manage a large portfolio of customers in EMEA.
- Onboard and expand our customer base through tailored Notion consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
- Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact to assist with Notion adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of Notion.
- Serve as our in-house product ambassador to enhance our customers’ workflows and help them maximize their return on investment from Notion.
- Identify and target strategic customers to engage with to drive up monthly active users and seat expansion.
- Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with Notion and reach out to create an action plan for their success.
- Inform and influence our overall growth strategy.
What You'll Achieve:
- Drive adoption and expansion for a product people love: Some of the world's largest companies use Notion, but it can also be used for personal tasks.
- Help build the foundations of Customer Success at Notion: As an early member of our sales/success team, you'll help define our sales assisted motions.
- Serve as the customer's trusted advisor: Host training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers.
- Shape our future product: Gain insights from customer engagement to help improve our offerings.
- Elevate your skills: Achieve significant results in less time and continue learning.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- 3+ years experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Track record of success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Fluent German speaker.
- Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
- Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team.
- Growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team.
- Motivated by seeing others succeed and grow.
- Highly adaptable to a rapidly changing business and industry.
- Enjoy getting to know new people and helping them solve business problems.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Experience in scaled program management or building campaigns in Outreach.
- Familiarity with Notion.
- Curiosity about data and insights, with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical skills.
