The Role We are looking for anambitious and experienced Senior Account Directorto drive innovation, lead major client accounts, and shape the future of brand experiences at AGM. This is ahigh-profile leadership rolewhere you willset strategic direction, inspire teams, and ensure flawless executionfor some of the world’s most influential brands. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development - Drive AGM’s culture ofinnovation, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring we remain a market leader in brand experiences. - Mentor, inspire, and grow ahigh-performing teamacross account management, creative, and production functions. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns. Client Leadership & Strategic Growth - Own and deepensenior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner to drive measurable business impact. - Develop and present compelling strategies that alignexperiential marketing with clients’ business objectives, securing long-term partnerships. - Identifynew business opportunitiesand expand AGM’s footprint within existing client accounts. - Leadfinancial planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies, ensuring commercial success and sustainable profitability. - Optimize projectprofitability by ensuring financial disciplineacross budgets, supplier negotiations, and client reporting. - Manage andsign off on campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and client expectations. Business Development & Innovation - Identify and seizeopportunities for organic growth, expanding revenue streams and enhancing service offerings. - Stay ahead ofindustry trends, integrating new technologies (AI, digital, immersive experiences) to evolve AGM’s service model. - Lead pitches and proposal development fornew business acquisition. Time Allocation (Indicative) - Client Account Management– 25% - People Performance & Leadership– 25% - New Business & Growth– 20% - Financial & Budget Oversight– 20% - Agency Innovation & Thought Leadership– 10% Candidate Profile We are looking for adynamic leader with a track record of success in experiential marketing and agency leadership. Key Qualifications & Experience Experienced Leader: 10+ years ofagency or marketing experience, with a proven ability tolead and inspire teams. Strategic Growth Driver: Demonstrated success inagency growth, client retention, and business expansion. Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, andP&L management skills. Experiential Marketing Expert: Deep knowledge ofexperiential marketing, event production, and brand activations. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Comfortable working in anintegrated marketing environment(paid, owned, earned media). Innovative & Future-Focused: Passionate aboutemerging trends, technology, and the future of brand experiences. Exceptional Communicator: Stronginterpersonal and negotiation skillswith the ability toinfluence senior stakeholders.
