Your Mission:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the DACH market. You’ll:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and maximize revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, from scientists to C-suite executives.
- Identify and close new business opportunities using a consultative, solution-driven approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences and project success.
- Travel (~40%) to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen market presence.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related fields (e.g., single-use systems, filtration, biopharma).
- Proven track record of hitting targets and closing complex sales cycles.
- Technical aptitude – ability to understand and articulate advanced scientific solutions.
- Fluency in German & English (written and spoken).
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a hunter mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
