DACH Account Executive – Mid-Market or Small Business (depending on experience)

Our client, a globally leading software company, is growing rapidly and looking for motivated, German-speaking sales professionals to join their Mid-Market or Small Business team. You can expect exciting opportunities to take ownership, contribute to growth, and shape the future.

Location: Flexible – remote (within Germany, Ireland, or the UK), hybrid, or onsite.

Your responsibilities:

- Full sales cycle management – from initial outreach to closing deals
- Advising small and medium-sized businesses on digital growth
- Using both inbound and outbound strategies for lead generation
- Qualifying decision-makers (C-level, departments)
- Delivering product demos (virtually or onsite)
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders
- Building long-term customer relationships

Depending on the role:

Small Business AE:

- Fast-paced sales cycles with strong inbound lead flow
- Independent lead research and solution-driven approach

Mid-Market AE:

- Strategic sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Structured account planning and contribution to transformation processes

What you bring:

- Fluent in German & English
- Small Business: 1+ year B2B sales experience
- Mid-Market: 3–5 years experience with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record (e.g., President’s Club, over-achieving quotas)
- CRM proficiency & experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)
