
(Urgent) Surgical Sales Executive

Overview On behalf of my client, a global medical devices company, we are seeking a driven and forward-thinking professional to join their dynamic Aesculap Team. Role: manage, develop and grow the orthopaedic implant & Power Tools Portfolio within Ireland, specifically the Leinster area.
Responsibilities Generating sales to achieve profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Identify efficiencies for partners & areas of growth within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the AESCULAP brand from the competition.
Proven capability to lead theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
Enhance the existing model for orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
Identify new and foster existing partnerships within the public and private hospital settings in Ireland.
Managing Key Projects
Maintaining market and competitor analysis and providing regular feedback.
Experience / Skills & Competencies to succeed Commercial experience in this field preferable, minimum 2-3 years.
Proven experience building customer relationships.
Experience of the local healthcare sector.
Full Clean Driving Licence.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
Strong sense of urgency to respond to customer needs.
Excellent communication with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
Ability to coordinate and train other staff and customers.
Resilient – able to deal with a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Excellent remuneration package.
