Job Title: German Client Growth Specialist - Digital Advertising Location: Dublin (Hybrid) (Training onsite) Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for digital marketing and client growth? We're looking for a German Client Growth Specialist to help expand business opportunities and strengthen relationships with digital marketing agencies. In this role, you will support clients in optimising their clients' advertising success on a leading social media platform. You'll play a key role in business development - providing strategic insights and helping advertisers achieve their marketing goals through innovative digital advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking digital marketing clients, ensuring their advertisers achieve success. Identify and engage with new agency partners, presenting tailored advertising solutions that drive measurable results. Support agencies in optimising ad campaigns and maximising revenue opportunities. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and enhance client success. Communicate platform updates, new features, and best practices to agency partners. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital advertising solutions. What You Bring: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or agency account management. Knowledge of major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with clients or agencies, providing strategic guidance. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration platforms. An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
