Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Marketing Manager for their luxury property in Dublin City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end hospitality venue, where you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing bookings, and strengthening the property's presence across local, national, and international markets. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a creative, commercially minded professional with a passion for hospitality and proven expertise across digital and traditional marketing. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, F&B, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging while bringing the property's story to life across every platform and guest interaction. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Oversee the creation of engaging content, photography, video, and promotional materials. Manage the website, ensuring it is optimised for user experience and conversions. Plan and implement promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, weddings, events, and seasonal offers. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent brand message. Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign ROI, and adjust strategies as needed. Liaise with media, PR partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen visibility. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Bring the brand story to life across digital and print channels - from tone of voice to visual identity. Collaborate with design and media partners to develop impactful campaign assets. Ensure a seamless and luxury-driven brand experience across every touchpoint. Requirements Degree in Digital Marketing or related field; Google/Meta certifications an advantage. Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior B2C marketing role, ideally within hospitality or luxury brands. Proven success in developing and scaling digital campaigns that deliver measurable results. Deep knowledge of UX, SEO, analytics, CRM, and social media platforms. Strong ability in content creation - both visual and copywriting. Results-driven with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms. Highly organised with project management experience and attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling. Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
