Job Description:

Raygun is seeking a well-organised, friendly, polite, and fun-loving individual to run our Reception and manage our Social Media accounts.

Raygun is a creative post-production facility located on Baggot Street in Dublin, providing picture and sound post-production services for Film, Broadcast, TV & Radio Commercials, Animation & Digital Content.

We pride ourselves on care, creativity, and high-quality service, and are looking for someone who brings that same energy to welcoming and supporting our clients and team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting clients, talent, and guests, making them feel at home

2. Managing calls, emails, and general communications

3. Preparing for client sessions

4. Keeping studios and suites running smoothly and looking their best

5. Assisting with admin, supplies, and day-to-day office needs

6. Supporting the team where needed
