Member Services Advisor - Insurance Support (Permanent Role)

Location: Little Island, Co. Cork (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Salary: €28,500 per annum
Hours: 38.75/ week

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from current and prospective members, providing high-quality support and upholding the brand's commitment to excellent service.

- Accurately enrol members and update records in the system.

- Respond to member queries with professionalism and empathy.

- Ensure all payment details and transactions are correct and properly logged.

- Keep detailed, up-to-date communication records on the database.

- Participate in quality assurance programmes.

- Actively contribute to improving processes and member experience.

Requirements / Considerations:

- Fast-paced team environment requiring strong communication and attention to detail.

- Full-time permanent role; hybrid model (equipment provided).

- Shifts vary (example: 8:00-4:30 or 9:00-5:30).
