Company vehicles (role dependent). .....and many more great perks. Making Possible Site administration role with primary involvement in accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinating and managing project communications Liaison with stakeholders and community groups. Assisting with document control. Assisting with quality and safety audits. Reviewing and updating the training and development matrix and arranging training when required. Ordering material to ensure the site team had what they needed to proceed with the works. Resolution of supplier and sub-contractor queries. Carrying out other duties as required by the management team. What do you bring to the role? Strong interpersonal skills. At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role. Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation. Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency. Strong time management skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Please note this role needs to be based onsite full-time. About BAM Building a sustainable tomorrow.
