About this role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven senior sales consultant who is passionate about sales & growing revenue, and utilising data to drive your conversations with Restaurant Partners with strong commercial awareness.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

- Connect with restaurant partners via phone, using a consultative approach to drive campaign adoption and achieve targets.

- Maintain and grow the Ireland estate by making new sales, retaining partners, and optimizing budgets.

- Use data to guide conversations and measure campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with account management and strategic accounts teams to identify trends and secure high-value deals.

- Plan your time effectively to maximize partner interactions while maintaining quality conversations.

- Respond to partner requests and ensure proper internal sales processes are followed.

- Contribute to a smooth onboarding process and continuously optimize sales strategies.

- Self-starter with a positive mindset and strong drive for success.

- Enjoy building relationships via phone and networking with new partners.

- Target-driven, commercially savvy, with strong negotiation and influence skills.

- Data-driven and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership over work, able to deliver under pressure.

- Creative thinker with innovative sales ideas and a humble, collaborative approach
