Job Title: BIM Manager Public Works (Contract) Location: Dublin Contract Duration: 12 Months renewable up to 4 Years Senior BIM Manager Public Works Our client is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Manager to lead the next stage of their digital transformation in construction and estate management. This is a unique opportunity to drive BIM Strategy at a national level, working across a wide portfolio of projects that shape Irelands built environment. ?? What Youll Do Lead BIM processes and standards in line with ISO 19650. Establish and grow our clients BIM Management Office. Oversee Common Data Environments (CDE) and integrate with estate management systems. Provide expert training and guidance to multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate BIM models, ensure compliance, and support delivery of major projects. Engage with industry stakeholders and champion innovation in construction digitalisation. ? What Were Looking For 7+ years in construction project delivery, including digital handover. 5+ years in a BIM Manager/Coordinator role. Strong hands-on knowledge of Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). Proven leadership in BIM implementation across project lifecycles. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related field (NFQ Level 8+). ? Nice to Have Masters in BIM Management. ISO 19650 and Autodesk certifications. Experience with digital asset management, Dynamo/API, or GIS. ?? Location: Dublin ?? Impact: Shape how BIM is delivered across Irelands public works and estates. Skills: BIM MEP AutoCAD
