Are you looking for a position in which you keep things moving & deliver when it matters most? If so, then you could be the newest addition of our Transport & Distribution team executing a range of critical activities as part of our market leading, high-volume & complex, fast-moving warehousing & distribution business. You will be responsible for: Monitoring the number of released orders (cases) in the voice-picking system to ensure continuous workflow & prevent order shortages. Utilizing the SAP platform to identify & select orders scheduled for the current planning day, & import them into the NAVITAS system for review, prioritization, & action planning. Providing transport-related updates to customers via the NAVITAS platform, leveraging its workflow automation, scenario planning, variance analysis, & group consolidation capabilities. Updating & maintaining order visibility within the Velocity platform, enabling the transport team to access, track, & process orders efficiently through each stage of the workflow. Processing return orders such as Zure, Dummy, Uplift, & Short; receive & update the systems & return the products to the pick face when necessary. Processing customer orders & formulate delivery loads. Handling customer returns & damage reports. Maintaining accurate records of freight & stock location & movement. Liaising with customers & internal transport teams to ensure timely & accurate deliveries. Allocating warehouse product locations based on product rotation & date requirements. Releasing orders to the warehouse management system in line with customer needs. Providing up-to-date stock inventory information & management reporting. Monitoring & maintaining best-in-class stock control procedures, including returns & quarantine controls. Maintaining a suite of KPIs, ensuring service level performance & accuracy exceed 99.5%. Supporting Excise duty processes for duty-unpaid stock using Revenue & Customs software (training provided where required). About you Previous experience in Logistics & in a similar position is essential. Previous experience & understanding of WMS are essential. Excellent PC skills in specific experience with MS Office (Excel, Word). Previous SAP experience (& IDoc messaging) is an advantage. Previous experience with RF & voice pick technology is an advantage. Strong communication & team building skills Self-motivated & hard-working Excellent organizational & time management skills.
