Job description:

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Donabate.

My Client requires a Transport Cover Clerk / Controller to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities;

Assign Driver Vehicle and PaperworkCheck Driver Tacho and working hoursCheck Return DocumentationFollow up on Delivery IssuesCheck out vehicles keys and assign BaysAd hock duties as required

Key Requirements;

High Attention to detailGood organizational skillsIdeally previous Transport Office ExperienceGood Communication SkillsMicrosoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )

Pay

Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/hNight clerk duties - €18.75 p/hDay controller duties - €17.66 p/hNight controller duties - €19.42 p/h

Shift Times;

4 on 4 off rosterDay Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
