Dublin, Ireland Verisure Full time

Salary potential: €60,000 a year (OTE) plus €1000 welcome bonus paid upon successful completion of the probationary period and an additional €1000 bonus on completion of 1-year continuous service.

Mandatory – Full driving licence (0 - 3 points). If you have points, we will ask you to submit a copy of your NDLS to evaluate eligibility.

Sales Representative – Stepaside

The Field Sales Assistant role offers a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, a Sales Associate earns between €30k – €40k OTE (on-target earnings) in their first year, with top performers earning more than €60k OTE. We also offer an attractive welcome bonus after completing the probationary period (usually after 6 months).

Key responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

- Creating your own sales opportunities (door-to-door): cold canvassing in businesses and residential areas.
- Converting warm leads into sales through direct sales (approximately 8-10 per month).
- Building long-term relationships with customers and generating referrals.

As a Field Sales Executive, your role involves door-to-door canvassing, introducing potential customers to Verisure, and showcasing our products. You will conduct security surveys to tailor systems to their needs, manage installations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
