Office Administrator (Sales, lettings, Property Management & Maintenance)

Responsibilities to include:

1. General office administration
2. Supporting sales & letting agents
3. Using CRM system & marketing tools
4. Drafting Ads for sales & lettings
5. Ensuring full payment of rents and following up with tenants in arrears to collect payments in a timely manner
6. Drafting: PSA contract documentation, LOEs for both Sales & Lettings
7. Compiling of leases
8. Transfer of utilities
9. Dealing with tenant’s queries and requests on a daily basis
10. Arranging maintenance & repairs, liaising with tenants & contractors
11. Providing tenancy management functions as part of a team for the landlord
12. Coordinating tenant move ins & outs
13. Ensuring landlords are fully briefed and updated
14. Keeping all records updated and filed appropriately
15. Enthusiastic and motivated, exceptional organizational skills and ‘can do’ attitude
16. Must possess strong customer-oriented skill set
17. Ability to problem solve
18. Excellent telephone manner
19. Strong communication and negotiation skills
20. Fluency in written & oral English
21. Proficiency in the standard Microsoft Office suite including in particular MS Word and Excel
22. Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
23. General office administration experience; specialized knowledge would be an advantage
24. Good eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with tenant problems outside normal office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30

Work Location: Dublin City Centre and in person.
