Data Centre Programme Manager

On Site Grange Castle Dublin 22.

Daily Rate €520 per day

5-month initial Contract

As a successful Regional DC Program Manager, your performance objectives include:

• Create and maintain a program to identify best practices, design process and procedure documents, and socialize those across the Europe Region.

• Create lessons learned documentation, best practices, and innovations on existing process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity in post-RNI activities/

• Utilize your knowledge to train, equip, and empower local teams to build and maintain a network which will support their campus through its entire lifecycle.

• Collaborate with other Datacenter Operations Regions and global teams to align post-Ready for Network Install (RNI) processes and procedures globally.

• Create and manage end-to-end network project plans and ensure on time delivery.

• Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities.

• Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers in the network space.

• Collaborate directly with site management and third-party vendors at new campuses and data centers to align best practices and deliver new locations quickly and reliably.

• Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end network project plans with stakeholders and teams.

• Perform day-to-day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality.

• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.

• Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations

• At least 3 years’ experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations.

• Must have prior experience in leading large projects end-to-end.

• Experience working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching.

• Prior experience working at Data Centres

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations

• At least 5 years’ experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations.
