Claimsure was developed by Claimsure Sláinte, Part of Clanwilliam Health Ltd to assist hospitals with the complex process of managing Health Insurance claims for treatments performed in hospitals. Our software applications are in use in all Public Acute Hospitals and a number of Private Hospitals in Ireland. Claimsure is used for the generation, collation, submission, tracking and processing of approximately €2.3bn worth of health insurance claims in Ireland annually.
Position
Claimsure have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our Revenue Management Solutions team.
The successful candidate will be based in a busy hospital environment, liaising with a variety of Hospital Staff, Patients and Healthcare professionals. They will work as part of a team to ensure processes, policies and procedures are in place and adhered to in order to successfully orchestrate health insurance collection within the facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone who would like to develop their talents in a busy and challenging work environment.
The successful candidate for this role will be based fully onsite in Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing Client Accounts using multiple software solutions
- Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Debtor Day Management
- Dealing with Patient, Consultant and Secretary queries, issues and complaints
- Day to day processing & completion of health insurance claims
- Credit control
- Private Insurance Status Checks
- Ad hoc projects that are required
- Work as part of a team to provide solutions
- Assist in all areas of the company when require
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
