Your Role in the Spotlight Lead the front office shift, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone brings their A-game. Welcome guests with style and efficiencycheck-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. Handle any hiccups with a cool head and a can-do attitude, ensuring every guest walks away smiling. Support and coach team members, helping them grow and feel confident in their roles. Maintain a sharp, organized, and welcoming front desk space that reflects the Moxy vibe. Process payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Jump in where needed to support Food & Beverage servicebecause were all one crew. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded. Act as the shift manager when senior leaders are off duty, keeping things on track and under control. Promote the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program with pride and personality. Youve Got That Moxy Energy If You: Have a fearless, hands-on approach and know how to take initiative. Bring out the best in people and lead by example. Can juggle tasks while keeping guests happy and your team focused. Communicate clearly and confidently in English (bonus points for other languages). Enjoy making people feel welcome and at ease. Know that fun and professionalism can go hand in hand. Bonus Points For: Previous experience in a front office leadership or supervisor role. Familiarity with systems like Opera and Micros. Solid understanding of food safety and licensing requirements. Experience with Marriott or lifestyle hotel brands.
