My client is a market leader in the Manufacturing Industry. A leading manufacturer of sustainably engineered products with cutting-edge facilities in Ireland, known for innovation and high-quality products. Seeking an EHS Manager to drive safety and environmental excellence across operations.

About the role:

- Full Time, Permanent Role
- Competitive Salary & Package €75,000 - €80,000 DOE & Benefits Package
- Based in the Southeast of Ireland

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to prevent future occurrences.
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring adherence to sustainability goals and waste reduction initiatives.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:

- Relevant Qualification – Preferably Level 7 EHS Qualification
- 3+ years Experience in EHS Management Systems & ISO Experience
- Good Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management
