Your day-to-day responsibilities would include picking up the phone and ringing small to medium businesses, chasing leads and new potential businesses. You would be making many calls to build relationships with clients. As you build relationships with your clients, you will also work closely with them to complete the sale and get the deal closed.
Working with your business development manager, you will set multiple appointments from leads you have received, and for every deal that gets closed, you will receive your commission They have an uncapped commission structure, so there is no limit to how much money you can make Each deal is money that goes straight to your bank account
In regards to experience, you don't need any. What you do need is a tenacious, driven, and motivated nature Resilience is key within this position. You would need to have a strong focus on your success and a strong will to turn this role into a long-lasting career. As long as you have a strong desire to achieve as much as possible, there will be no doubt you will progress very far with this market-leading company
You will work to targets that will include call volumes and appointments booked and would have to adapt to different types of clients and businesses. Adaptability is very important within this position. With some of the company's highest earners working within this office, you have plenty of experienced people to learn from.
The office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm, and you'll have 4 weeks of paid extensive training with some of the best trainers and coaches in the whole sales space to turn you into the sales executive you can easily be
