Site Engineer – Evara Ireland
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Engineer to join the Evara team. The role supports internal and external stakeholders through design, scheduling, construction activities, quality, cost, and documentation collation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager/Project Manager to manage the full project scope through to completion.
Use total station and GPS equipment for setting out.
Use AutoCAD for uploading as‑built drawings and measuring monthly valuations.
Understand BCAR and Irish Water document submissions.
Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and in‑house quantity surveyors on monthly valuations.
Day‑to‑day management of site technical & engineering requirements (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, design workshops, etc.).
Implement quality control measures aligned with the BCAR plan.
Build relationships with sub‑contractors and direct team to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain safety and compliance standards to the highest possible level.

Ideal Candidate
Hold a relevant construction/engineering qualification.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles.
4+ years as a site engineer with experience enabling works, groundworks, site development and quality control on large‑scale residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and a document control management system (e.g., Procore, Zutec).
Knowledge of the BCAR process for housing.
Experience with Irish Water Safety File collating.
Ability to work independently, self‑motivated, and hard‑working.
Strong team‑building, analytical, decision‑making, budgeting, and financial management skills.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
