We are working with one of Dublin's top law firms a they recruit a Legal PA for their Commercial team. This is a high-profile, very well-established firm with a large workforce and state of the art offices. They offer hybrid working with a convenient office location is in Dublin 2 and is close to Luas and several bus routes. Salary €45-50k This is a chance to join a firm who value their Legal PAs and endeavour to help them on a path to progression through team leadership opportunities. The duties of this role will include: Diary and travel management including flight and hotel booking, coordinating itineraries and booking meetings. Inbox management. Financial administration - processing expenses, client billing and generating reports. Document creation, editing and formatting in line with firm standards. To be considered for this role you will need to have: Three years experience as a Legal PA in a fast-paced environment. Experience using billing systems, CMS, client database software and MS Office including strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
