Are you passionate about sales, communication, and helping businesses grow? We are searching for a proactive and motivated professional to join our Sofia-based team as an Outbound Inside Sales Representative with German. With every call and conversation, you’ll be representing our company to clients across DACH markets, while also building your sales expertise- right in the heart of an international working environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, providing customized solutions to foster their growth.
Create and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential customers in the small-to-medium business (SMB) sector.
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the company’s products and services.
Oversee the entire sales process from first contact through to closing contracts, maintaining an accurate and current sales pipeline.
Work closely with marketing, technical solutions, and customer success teams to improve client engagement and results.
Keep updated on product developments, industry trends, and market dynamics to offer knowledgeable advice and recommendations to clients.
Actively seek new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline efficiently, and prioritize tasks to achieve and surpass sales goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in German (C1), with strong verbal and written skills, plus proficient English (minimum B2).
Demonstrated success in closing sales or sales development roles, with experience in acquiring new business and exceeding targets, particularly within the SMB market.
Strong passion for business development, adopting a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
Skilled in handling complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers, including senior-level executives.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and knowledge of sales engagement tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and clearly convey value propositions.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and determined in pursuing leads and closing deals.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing sales territories to build a robust pipeline.
Background in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience selling point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is beneficial.
