Saint John of God Communith Mental Health Services Lucena Clinic and Cluain Mhurie Services Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow. Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately. In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services. Facilities & Catering/Housekeeping Officer (Permanent, Full-Time) The Facilities & Catering/Housekeeping Officer is responsible and accountable for leading the organisation and management of a comprehensive facilities and catering/housekeeping programme for Saint John of God Community Mental Health Services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations. The successful applicant will: have a recognised and relevant 3 rd level qualification. have a minimum of three years' current experience in a facilities environment. be fully conversant with standards relating to Facilities, Public Sector Procurement, Food Safety, Safety, Health & Welfare and associated legislations and regulations. have demonstrable experience of supervising staff. have a high capacity for responsibility together with enthusiasm, excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal, time management, teamwork and communication skills with a demonstrable ability to prioritise workload and a proven track record of working with a variety key stakeholders. have the ability to work on own initiative and undertake and complete projects. have a full clean driving licence for manual vehicles. Remuneration Salary Grade 0566 GRADE IV CLERICAL on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €51,718 - €61,866 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic, Rathgar. However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require. You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
