HR Business Partner Are you ready to join a growing organisation at a pivotal time of transformation? Our client, a highly respected Irish sector organisation, is looking for a driven and solutions-focusedHR Business Partner to support its evolving workforce. As the organisation undergoes major change and expansion, this role will offer broad exposure across all aspects of HR, from day-to-day operational support to driving strategic initiatives. Its also an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into a true business partnering role. What Youll Be Doing: Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on everything from recruitment to performance and employee relations. Respond to employee queries across a range of HR topics, ensuring clear, timely and people-focused support. Drive performance management processes, including reporting, tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Support transformation efforts and promote new ways of working through strong change management. Partner with the business to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with growth plans. Collaborate on learning & development and engagement initiatives within the wider HR team. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and promote a culture of high performance. Build strong relationships across the organisation and foster a collaborative HR presence. What You Bring: 35 years experience in HR, with a solid grasp of Irish employment law and best practice. Proven track record in handling employee relations and advising on day-to-day HR matters. Strong Excel and reporting skills to support data-driven decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
