Our client is a leading financial services provider specialising in accounting, financial reporting, regulatory, and statutory reporting services. As they continue to expand their client portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be a vital link between their clients and the finance team, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting and reporting services. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of managed clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality financial services and meeting client expectations.
- Financial Services Delivery:
- Oversee and coordinate the provision of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value to client relationships.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance team to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
- Client Growth and Retention:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years PQE
- Proven experience in client management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
