Supply Chain Coordinator - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract

One of the top 10 best companies to work in Ireland is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for their large-scale new facility in Dublin.

An exciting project with lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast-paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting-edge technology.

What you’ll do:

- Key interface into CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organisation)
- Managing order book (200 – 400 orders) and all communication between internal businesses and CMO.
- Needs to be very capable in managing priorities
- Needs to be able to package up messages and clearly communicate
- Heavy working in Excel, and ideally SAP (nice to have…)
- Managing artwork implementations – the lynchpin between these teams and supporting implementation plans

What you’ll need:

- Experience working in a multi-matrixed cross-functional environment.
- Understand and absorb technical supply chain information, but then relay this in readable terms.
- Prioritisation is key – this is a busy global role covering US, EU and APAC markets.
- Will have a lot of different queries coming in that need to be prioritised based on patient need and importance.
- Does not need to have pharmaceuticals experience.
