Due to ongoing expansion, EZ Living Interiors are seeking a Stock Administrator based in our Head Office in Little Island. This is a very varied and rewarding role that will suit a candidate who has gained the required skills throughout their career to date. Key Duties and Responsibilities Recording and transferring stock to the right locations. Logging stock onto the companys computer system. Monitor and edit our stocks primary pick location daily. Liaise with Management to ensure the accuracy of received and despatched goods and amend/rework accordingly. Highlight possible stock for consolidation to the Stock Controller. Process relevant documentation relating to Stock Control. Monitor the Floor bins daily. Liaise with our customer care team on products in locations with parts taken. Monitor and adjust accordingly. Assist with weekly stock counts. Weekly reporting, including monitoring incorrect kit components and overallocated products. Report any issues to the Stock controller and Warehouse Management. Preferred skills: Excellent communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines; Previous stock experience preferred; Team player who can also work on their own initiative; Flexibility within the role to cover all areas of the Stock department functionality; A high level of attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills; PC literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Packages. Skills: Stock Stock Taking Attention to detail Administrator Stock Management
