HRIS Analyst (Maternity Cover - Contract) Location: Dublin (Hybrid working available) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic HR team on a maternity cover basis. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys optimising HR systems, enabling new features and ensuring data integrity to support effective HR operations. Responsibilities: System Strategy & Development Shape and deliver a roadmap for HR system enhancements Roll out new features and employee self-service tools Act as the system expert, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Operational Oversight Manage daily HRIS activities, including audits, troubleshooting, and updates Drive continuous improvement and liaise with vendors on technical issues Data Insights & Reporting Produce accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making Safeguard data integrity through regular audits and compliance checks Support survey and reporting requirements as needed User Support & Engagement Provide expert support to HR colleagues, leadership and system users Manage employee lifecycle updates (new hires, exits, time off) Communicate system changes and enhancements across the organisation Collaboration & Growth Keep up to date with HR technology trends and best practices Contribute to strategic HR projects and provide support during peak periods Skills & Experience 2-5 years' experience in HRIS or HR analyst roles Proven track record in HR system implementation and project management Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g BambooHR or similar) Strong skills in HR dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Advanced Excel) Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting (essential) Understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
