Field Sales Representative – Nationwide (Logistics Sector)

We are working exclusively with our client, a leading name in the logistics sector, who are seeking an ambitious Field Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter looking to take ownership, drive sales, and develop their career within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 (DOE) + Expenses (Car/Mileage, Laptop, Phone) + Potential Bonus/Commission
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Field Based (Nationwide) – HQ Dublin 15
Start Date: Immediate Start

What’s on Offer:

Bonus / commission structure under review
Nationwide travel – autonomy and flexibility in your role
Permanent, full-time role with immediate start


Key Responsibilities:


Proactively generate new business opportunities and secure new clients nationwide
Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
Meet and exceed sales and contribution targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer details, quotations, and visits
Promote the full range of company services and solutions at every opportunity
Deliver regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management


Candidate Requirements:


Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally within the logistics sector
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
Previous field/on-the-road sales experience is essential
Full, clean driver’s licence required
Strong business development skills – able to identify leads and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven – thrives working independently
