They are currently seeking a Legal Executive / Legal Assistant to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional who's ready to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and progressive firm. The job is full time on site in its Dublin City Centre officer per week with no hybrid working arrangments in place.
The Opportunity:
In this key support role, you will work alongside a team of experienced solicitors, assisting in the daily management of diverse and active litigation caseloads. The ideal candidate will bring experience, initiative, and a high level of organisation to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in the day-to-day management of personal injury files
- Handling client and third-party correspondence and calls
- Preparing briefs for hearing
- Engrossing pleadings and legal documents
- Liaising with barristers regarding hearing dates and court timetables
- Scheduling consultations and settlement meetings
- Managing digital dictation and file administration
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years' experience in Personal Injury Litigation (essential)
- A Law Degree is highly desirable
- Strong case management and file handling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy team
- Excellent multitasking, organisational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy, with good typing skills and familiarity with modern office systems
- Positive, motivated, and client-focused attitude
