Nordic Business Development Representative – PayPal PayPal is looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Representative to drive market share in the Nordic region. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline for our Market Development Managers and has the potential to grow into a quota‑carrying sales executive.
Essential Responsibilities Lead coordinated outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social/professional platforms to generate new merchant opportunities at scale and high velocity.
Discover merchant needs, articulate PayPal’s value proposition, and secure commitment to advance the sales process.
Research and stay current on market trends, opportunities, and competition to refine outreach and messaging.
Expand contact lists within targeted accounts using tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
Minimum Qualifications 1‑2 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience; SaaS sales experience is a plus.
Dynamic hunter personality with a drive to reach decision makers and achieve individual and team goals.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of a Nordic language (Norwegian or Swedish) is preferred.
