Overview German speaking Microsoft Modern Work Business Solutions Ambassador at Pax8. Pax8 is seeking a bold, visionary German speaking Microsoft AI Business Solutions Ambassador to drive the future of AI adoption across Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their clients. This role is based in our Dublin office and is a 12-month contract – a launchpad into the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem. You will gain direct engagement with Microsoft, working alongside their teams and ours to drive innovation and impact. This is an opportunity to join Pax8, Microsoft Partner of the Year, contributing to our expansion across Europe and collaborating closely with Pax8 leadership.
It’s a unique role at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI transformation, building relationships with top partners and making a measurable impact in the DACH SMB market.
What You’ll Be Doing Inspire Partners with the Power of AI: lead conversations with MSPs and their clients, showing how Microsoft 365 and Copilot can transform the way they work.
Drive Scalable Customer Acquisition: work with partners to build marketing and sales strategies that scale Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption across the DACH market.
Support the Full Customer Lifecycle: help MSPs build strong practices around acquisition, renewals, and upselling to ensure long-term customer success.
Create Demand and Excitement: run campaigns, host webinars, and support events that generate buzz and drive interest in AI-powered solutions.
Be the Face of Microsoft at Events: represent Microsoft and Pax8 at events, summits, and bootcamps, building relationships and sharing insights.
What We’re Looking For Sales-Driven and Results-Oriented: strong sales mindset, motivated by outcomes, and the ability to pitch the Microsoft Modern Work suite to partners and customers to drive adoption and close deals.
Proven Microsoft Sales Experience: track record selling Microsoft products (ideally Modern Work or AI) and positioning their value to partners and customers.
Microsoft 365 Know-How: familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, with advanced knowledge preferred.
Experience In The Tech Ecosystem: background at a technology vendor or similar environment with understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Fluent Communicator: German and English fluently; French is a plus for engaging with French-speaking colleagues and clients.
Microsoft Certifications or Ready to Be: hold Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) or be ready to complete them within the first two months.
Educational Background: degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is useful, but curiosity and drive matter as well.
Driven by Growth: passion for technology, a learning mindset, and desire to grow personally and professionally.
Residency and Work Rights: must be resident in the country with a valid right to work.
