The Role
An experienced Concrete Foreman is required to oversee site operations on a reinforced concrete (RC) frame project in the Munster area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day concrete works, ensuring that all aspects of quality, safety, and productivity meet the highest standards.
You will have proven experience delivering RC frame structures (up to 5+ floors) and the ability to coordinate multiple site activities efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to reinforced concrete works — including foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, and cores.

Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure programme and quality standards are achieved.

Promote and enforce strict Health & Safety compliance across all site activities.

Monitor and report on progress, productivity, and sequencing of works to the Project Manager.

Liaise with engineers, design teams, and client representatives to address and resolve technical issues.

Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including permits, inspections, and daily reports.
Requirements

Significant experience in concrete or RC frame foreman roles within the construction industry.

Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate large volumes of subcontractors and direct labour.
