The Role
An experienced Civil Foreman is required for a high-profile project in the Cork area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civil works on site, ensuring that construction activities meet programme deadlines, safety standards, and project specifications.

You will be working closely with the Site Manager and site personnel to deliver a quality build while maintaining strong coordination with subcontractors and the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day civil works on site.

Work in partnership with the Health & Safety team to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Monitor project schedules and ensure targets and milestones are achieved.

Plan, coordinate, and review subcontractor performance.

-

Provide clear direction and leadership to site teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work culture.

Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control across all civil works.

Requirements

Proven experience in civil construction or foreman roles within the industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple contractors.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
