What You’ll Do as Organisation Effectiveness & Governance Manager

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

- Organisation Effectiveness Consultation: Provide expert guidance to the business on best-fit OE solutions that address inefficiencies and support strategic priorities.
- Insight & Analysis: Analyse OE and efficiency data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations aligned with Primark’s culture, values, and goals.
- Governance Frameworks: Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks and processes to support the sustainability of the new P&C operating model.
- Measurement & Improvement: Design metrics and dashboards to assess organisation health, conduct effectiveness assessments, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Business Case Development: Support the creation of robust business cases for OE initiatives, clearly articulating challenges, solutions, and business value to drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Capability Building & Change Leadership: Role model OE and change leadership behaviours, enabling knowledge transfer and strong partnerships across the business to embed OE practices.

What You’ll Bring

- Organisation Effectiveness Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience at management level in organisation effectiveness and governance, ideally within an HR function.
- Project Leadership: Proven success in leading and managing large-scale projects, with a focus on transformation and continuous improvement.
- HR Operating Model Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operating models, processes, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a governance context.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Highly effective in engaging and influencing international stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Coaching & Change Support: Demonstrated coaching skills and experience supporting teams through change, transformation, and capability building.
- Analytical & Organisational Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, combined with strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
