Financial Controller My client is a long established Irish retail/ecommerce company, based in Dublin City Centre. As Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the business, managing a small finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring financial health, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. Youll collaborate closely with the CEO to make key business decisions and act as a key driver in our growth and success. The role: Preparation of monthly management accounts Manage day-to-day financial operations, including all operational costs as well as accounting, cash management, financial reporting, and compliance. Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, with detailed commentary & analysis Assist with business planning and scaling the business Manage and develop a small finance team Cashflow reporting Managing working capital Supporting the senior management team The person: Qualified Accountant with 7 years' pqe Previous experience of working at Controller level Experience of working within a small to medium sized business Commercially focused Salary:€100k - €110k plus benefits.
