We're seeking a Software Development Engineer to help us build the voice infrastructure and services that are reshaping the Contact Center industry. You'll engineer cutting-edge solutions for our internally developed platform that handles tens thousands of concurrent calls globally - technology so innovative that others follow our lead. Key job responsibilities
As a developer on our team, you’ll own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS. You’ll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more.

- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience with SIP, RTP, and other VoIP Concepts
- Experience with telecom industry problem sets, including Local Number Portability (LNP), SMS, and IMS/Intelligent Network design
- Familiarity with open-source SIP stacks and telecom software such as Kamailio, pjsip, or FreeSWITCH
