The opportunity: Total Rewards Manager FTC Maternity Cover Our client has an ambitious business growth plan to achieve over the next number of years and its People Proposition is central to that delivery. Being confident with data and understanding more than the basics of excel will be essential to make the most of this role. This role will also work in partnership with the HR Business Partner Team and the wider talent / HR teams in addition to stakeholders from our Service Lines. Responsibilities:In support of Total Rewards, Wellbeing and Recognition strategic objectives, the Total Rewards Manager will: Contributes to the design and development the Reward strategy which encompasses best practice reward initiatives for compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring the companies reward structures remain market competitive and relevant through identification of internal/external trends. Implement policies, processes, practices and tools, working with Talent and the wider business. Lead the delivery of annual salary review, and other internal pay schemes, including benchmarking, developing proposals, ensuring system delivery and implementation of recommendations, preparation of stakeholder review/approval presentations and manager/employee briefing material. Lead with and adds insights to data and come up with ideas/solutions to potential and emerging problems. Lead the delivery of EU Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap requirements for the firm. Contribute to designing and lead on implementing specific Reward projects balancing with local market practice and business needs to deliver fit for purpose outcomes. Lead out on the annual benefit renewals for the firm, understanding market competitiveness and where changes can be made. Analysing external and internal data for benchmarking purposes, providing guidance to senior leadership in relation to Reward decisions Remain current on pay and benefits legislation. Support the development of internal and external Reward network, through building relationships and managing related service providers. Collaborate and support HR colleagues, in particular HR Business Partners and Recruiters, on reward principles, processes and escalations, to ensure our reward principles are being applied consistently and appropriately. Focus on Reward outcomes that will have the biggest impact on the business through partnering with stakeholders to ensure the Reward agendas are aligned to achieving our key business strategies. Serve as a change agent, bringing in new and innovative ways of working. Fully utilizes the companies change methodology for implementation of new programs and program changes. Skills and attributes for success Strong excel skills with excellent attention to detail. Analytical aptitude and a strong interest in reward. Evidence of having dealt with busy work load in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities and with attention to detail where there are competing project demands on workload and deliverables. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner. Confidence to provide advice professionally and assertively to senior business leaders, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrable business acumen and ability to think commercially. To qualify for the role, you must have Successful achievement of professional qualifications and/or education to third level degree where these can be shown to have played a significant role in career success to date. Good practical knowledge of MS office skills in particular excel. A strong focus on availing of stretch opportunities to accelerate your own personal learning and mentoring others to do likewise.
