Total Rewards Specialist

Location: Dublin Type: Contract Category: Contracting, Finance, Human Resources Salary:

Up to 70K/annum pro rata

Compensation & Benefits Consultant / Total rewards

6 month contract with an opportunity to convert to perm. Hybrid – Dublin office (possibility for fully remote for the right candidate. Please note,  also for the fully remote option you will need to be based in Ireland)

Responsibilities:

Administer Total Rewards (TR) programs that align with Business strategies and ensure the Company can attract and retain the best talent in the market at all levels. Investigate total rewards related issues and propose solutions. Overall accountability for EMEA's TR portfolio including compensation structures and strategies as well as employee wellness and benefits programs. Be a subject matter expert in this space whom the business can turn to for guidance. Continually evaluate the effectiveness the company's benefit programs, practices and procedures, including but not limited to health benefits, Retirement Plans, leave, and Flexible Benefit plan, in relation to the strategic objectives and in terms of perceived benefit to employees, cost, legislative requirements and organizational culture.

Required skills:

5+ years of specialization in compensation and benefits in a large MNC with a matrix structure. Experience of full project life cycle of a large MNC Merger and/or Acquisition, from concept through implementation. Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity.
