About the Job:
The Compensation Benefits Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing benefits and compensation programs in EMEA and Canada. As part of this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our benefits and compensation programs operate effectively, compliantly, and support our employees within these regions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Teams and cross-functionally on a variety of projects involving market research, program design, analysis, budgeting, program implementation, operational improvement, and communication.
- Develop and manage sources of market information, including surveys, professional associations, and networking opportunities.
- Stay abreast of trends and identify opportunities for program changes.
- Identify and manage working relationships with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants, ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate to ensure compensation data interfaces and cross-system processes operate effectively.
- Ensure employees understand our benefits and compensation programs and how those programs contribute to Toast's employee value proposition.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure employees have access to information about their benefits and compensation programs.

Key Skills:
- 7+ years of directly related experience supporting benefits and compensation program development and maintenance for the EMEA and/or Canada region.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data using a variety of systems and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within teams.
