Overview Tiffany & Co, Sales Consultant, Full Time, Permanent
Responsibilities Client Advisors embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction and are brand ambassadors with a personal touch to make each client’s experience extraordinary.
Developing client relationships and exceeding the sales plan is a primary skill, with an entrepreneurial spirit in building client relationships and sales results.
Deepen relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend; consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans; capture client data.
Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments; act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies using the Tiffany Touch; implement client experience behaviors and optimize hospitality and store amenities based on client feedback.
Qualifications Must be based in and currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Proven track record in achieving sales results.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Preferred Qualifications A college/university degree.
Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
Proficiency in multiple languages.
