About the role: Provide first and second level technical support to end users. Ensure all incidents and service requests are properly logged, updated regularly and resolved in a timely fashion. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues by troubleshooting and researching solutions. Deploy new hardware, software and peripheral equipment Assist with the scheduling and delivery of the hardware refresh program Assist and support the existing team. Provide administrative assistance to the wider Management Team About you: Motivation to pursue a career in IT Strong administration and organisational skills Ability to multi-task with excellent problem-solving skills, prioritisation skills and adaptability Strong client service orientation, strong communication skills and relationship building skills Personal accountability, discretion, and integrity Strong team player Qualification in Computer Science, Business Computing relevant to this role would be desirable If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
